Do you love drawing and nature? If the natural world inspires you to create, then this is the class for you! In this new 10-week class, students will explore a wide range of landscapes, including forests, mountains, coasts, wetlands, and more. We will spend two weeks on each subject, allowing time for a thorough study of each location. Through live demonstrations of pencil techniques, composition building, and thoughtful discussion on process, this class will teach solid foundational drawing skills in graphite while allowing for individual exploration. Come learn how value, texture, and scale can work together to create dynamic compositions that speak to the beauty of nature.
