Explore and sketch Seattle's best known market in this two day weekend class. We'll spend time inside and outside several buildings in Pike Place, walking through the hidden passages and capturing market scenes in our sketchbooks. Instructor will give demos and some instruction on how to capture people in motion, interiors, and a bit of perspective. This class is ideally for young artists who already have the foundations of drawing, and want to work on sketching from observation. Students should be comfortable walking through and standing around busy areas. Participants will be provided with a sketching kit to try out some new techniques.
