Painting Intensive

Learn the basics of oil painting during an intensive two-week painting course! Through exercises in observation, both from life and reference images, this camp will tackle value, composition, form, and color in paint. Students will learn the fundamentals of color theory and how apply them to achieve their individual painting goals. Instructors with both contemporary and classical painting backgrounds will teach various brush and paint handling techniques to help students develop their own personal artistic styles! This intensive will also offer figure painting sessions from a model for students to further hone their skills. All experience levels are welcome!
