How to make a single drawing look like it is from an anime scene. We will learn basic composition, basic anime drawing skills, and then how to composit certain effects and colors to make a finished frame. Perfect for students who love anime, have their own idea they want to "sell" for a webcomic or short film, or students who just are interested in the process.

Required Supplies

Supply List:
*Traditional or Digital OK, but Digital preferred.

Digital tools:
– Digital drawing tablet/monitor (iPad, Wacom, XPen, etc.)
– Stylus
– The program Clip Studio Paint EX is preferred. (Other acceptable software: Krita, Procreate, Photoshop)

Traditional tools:
– Paper (Animation Paper or 8.5x11 paper),
– Mechanical Pencil HB
– Polymer eraser
– Colored pencils in shades: electric blue, kelly green, lemon yellow, and carmine red (or similar)
– good pencil sharpener
