Bringing a comprehensive background in user experience design, strategic development, and event planning, Sudeshna is enthusiastic about playing a key role in advancing Gage’s mission to educate, enrich, and transform our community through the visual arts. Her journey, both personally and professionally, has been defined by a deep commitment to nurturing sustainability and growth within arts and cultural organizations. As the Director of Advancement, Sudeshna eagerly anticipates collaborating closely with the Gage team, Volunteers, and Partners to ensure that art remains a celebrated and accessible force within our community. As an aspiring visual artist herself, Sudeshna strongly believes in the transformative power of art to foster a sense of belonging in communities and its power to revitalize economies. Originally hailing from Pune, India, Sudeshna has been a resident of the Seattle area for the past 24 years, where she resides with her husband, children, and her Golden Retriever Scooter. In her free time, Sudeshna loves to write, paint, hike, and spend time with her family and friends.
