Included in all base costs: tables, chairs, table linens, setup and cleanup.

Onsite Staffing

Onsite Event Staff (required): $35/hr
+1 hr added on for travel/prep time

AV Staff: $40/hr
+1 hr added on for travel/prep time

Bartender: $30/hr

AV Tech

Standing speakers, mics: included with AV Staff

Projector or TV stand: included with AV Staff

Must bring in your own catering.

Wine: $20/bottle
Gage can provide bottles to serve.

Bar Setup $25 flat
Included: disposable cups, wine opener

Corkage fee: $15/bottle

2-hour session. Up to 75 guests.
