In this 2 day workshop we will paint and tear and cut and glue paper into dynamic shapes based on the life model! We will combine and deconstruct and rebuild complex, abstracted compositions that celebrate value and color interactions!
Required Supplies
- Graphite Pencils
- Drawing Papers, thin
- Bristol or Cardstock Papers, Thicker
- At least 1 larger piece of thicker paper (Bristol or watercolor, etc)
- Rulers and Triangles
- Erasers, Pencil Sharpeners, Tape
- Pad of large Disposable Palette Paper
- Black and White Gouache, other water media (instructor uses Holbein Acryla Gouache)
- A sampling of water media colors to experiment with (instructor uses Holbein Acryla Gouache)
- Additional, Assorted Colored Papers to collage with
- Scissors
- Glue Sticks (get a box)
- Tracing Paper
