Mixed Media Figure Drawing

In this two-day workshop participants will create a series of drawings on paper using graphite, gouache (or other water media), and collage. We will be working from multiple poses and exploring various expressive techniques for creating figurative content with shapes of Value and Hue. We will build a lexicon of figurative shapes, combine those shapes together, deconstruct them, and create multi-layered drawings. 

This will be a fun and rigorous liferoom laboratory!
