Sky Landscapes in Watercolor
Sandy Bricel Miller
$204
Watercolor is a fantastic medium to capture the quality of light and character of clouds in the sky. Explore several approaches to creating dynamic skies as you learn to use transparent watercolor pigments to paint gradated washes, soft diffused clouds, wet into wet storm paintings and late afternoon envelopes of light. Practice gestural brushwork to create bold, expressive landscapes. Inspiration will be gained from demonstrations and viewing the work of both classical and contemporary painters.
