Rachael Cully has over 15 years of experience working for corporations both large (Microsoft & Starbucks) and small. While her current focus is leading finance teams, she also has experience in sourcing, operations, and maintains her CPA license. She most recently served as the head of finance and operations at MiiR leading cultural shifts towards fiscal transparency, departmental empowerment, and gross margin improvements through open communication, cross functional collaboration, and KPIs. Rachael is currently focused on obtaining her Masters of Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Rachael has also served on the board of the Accounting and Women's Financial Alliance in Bellevue. She and her husband have a young family who love anything food related and traveling. 

Rachael appreciates art and its influence on individuals, community, and history. She is looking forward to learning from the community and leveraging her skillset to further Gage's achievement of our mission to educate, enrich, and transform our community through visual arts.
