Explore different illustration styles from loose to realistic while watching Willow's live demonstrations and class discussions. Create a series of watercolor illustrations of foods & baked goods while capturing light, texture, and vivid color in your depictions.

Required Supplies

• 140lb cold press cotton watercolor paper 9x12 or 8x8.
• Watercolor paints, artist quality, transparent. Recommended: Winsor & Newton pocket set 12 colors or Sennelier tubes 8-12 colors.
•1 tube of permanent white gouache Recommended: Winsor & Newton perm white
• Assorted round watercolor brushes, sizes 2-6. 
•1 flat watercolor wash brush size 1 inch. 
•1 pencil
•1 roll artist's tape Recommended: Scotch Delicate Surface Painter's Washi Tape .7
• Paper towels
•1 white gel pen. Recommended: Sakura Gelly Roll .08
• Masking fluid (liquid or pen)
•1 container for water
•Graphite transfer paper. Recommended: Saral Brand wax free graphite transfer paper
•PRINTER to print reference photos and class hand-outs from our Padlet board.
