This is a great class for anyone who wants to draw faster, prepare themselves for animation, or who feels their current figure drawing is "stiff" or lifeless. In this class you will learn the principals of a great gesture: form, line, and story. The primary goal will be to make a lot of drawings quickly, so students will walk away with from this class with a stack of drawings and a better understanding of gestural theory.
Required Supplies
Paper (at least 8x11 size), pencil (especially 2B/HB, maybe mechanical), pens (inking pens), erasers
OR: Digital is fine if you are already experienced in using it. Please have a digital tablet, stylus, and a program like photoshop, procreate, clip studio, etc.
