Resting Gage Face

Resting Gage Face, colloquially renamed for the school's annual portrait show, is a vessel for artists to showcase their work in the field of portraiture. Whether an artist has been sketching in Open Studios, or painting familiar faces in oil, we would like to see what the artist sees on the other side of their easel. From live models to close friends to commissioned acquaintances, this exhibition is all about showcasing the various faces that have been inspired by art practices learned at Gage Academy of Art.
