Erica LeSuer
Director of Community Relations, Events & Exhibitions
Erica LeSuer (she/her) has dedicated her career to supporting artists and creating opportunities for them to share their art. Erica holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Washington. Before joining Gage, she worked with nonprofit organizations including Imagine Scholar, Seattle Animal Shelter, and the Muscular Dystrophy Association. Since 2019, Erica has curated and installed more than 55 exhibitions and produced over 90 events across Gage’s Capitol Hill, Georgetown, and South Lake Union campuses, as well as in public venues throughout Seattle.
Erica is passionate about making space for artists of all experience levels and backgrounds to showcase their dedication and craft. She believes art can be a profound part of anyone’s life, whether it is a personal story, a form of therapy, a challenge to societal and political narratives, or a way to decompress from everyday stresses. For Erica, working at Gage is a dream job that continues to inspire her daily. Outside of Gage, you can find her exploring different art mediums like clay and watercolor, spending quality time with her friends and family, and cuddling on the couch with her two dogs.
