Learn to paint the varied and beautiful plants and flowers of the world in this relaxed watercolor class. Each week we will highlight a new plant, focusing on blossom and leaf structure, color, and the incorporation of light and shadow. Through live virtual demonstration of transparency layering, color mixing, and textural mark making, students will build technical and expressive skills in watercolor. Composition, process, and the specific and unique details of each subject will be explored as we discover the living world of flowers together.
