Business Basics for Artists

Join Artist Trust Program Manager Anna Teiche for a workshop covering the basics of starting and managing the business side of being an artist, hosted by Gage Academy of Art. In this two-hour workshop, you’ll learn about steps to take to get your creative business set up, common business models artists use, and tips for forming a business plan and strategy grounded in your career goals and artistic vision. Anna will also share free and low-cost resources available to artists interested in starting and growing their business in Washington State.
